Pilbara Minerals has acquired Altura Mining which gives Pilbara 100% ownership of the Altura lithium mining project as well as the Pilgangoora project in Western Australia (the Acquisition<\/strong>). <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Pilbara Minerals intends to improve market conditions for lithium and encourage production at the newly acquired mine which comes at a time of increased demand for lithium and other clean technologies. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pilbara Mining view the Acquisition of Altura Mining as a significant milestone in the company\u2019s history with its CEO saying that the Acquisition marks an important moment for the lithium industry in Australia. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
