    设计、采购、施工管理及设计、采购协议

    设计、采购、施工管理协议(“EPCM”)及设计、采购、施工协议(“EPC” 或 “交钥匙”)为采矿行业于厂房及设施的设计及施工中普遍采用的合同架构。EPC及EPCM协议不一,在于将施工的基础设施的确切性质、预计的项目范围及期间、项目委托人愿意接受的风险级别、预算限制及委托人核心竞争力的程度。

    根据EPC协议,EPC承包商为委托人(通常为矿业公司)提供设计、采购及施工服务。若是EPCM协议,EPCM承包商提供设计、采购及施工管理服务,委托人直接委托其他公司提供施工服务。该等公司均由EPCM承包商代表委托人进行管理。
