- 有关截止过户，《上市规则》要求发行人在供股的情况下截止前六个营业日（如五个完整营业日）或在其他情形下截止前十个营业日刊发有关过户登记截止或股东登记的通知。若过户截止日期有其他选择，发行人须，至少在通知截止或新截止前五个营业日，或更早时间，书面通知联交所并进一步通知市场。对供股而言，发行人须在刊发截止过户通知后提供至少两个营业日（如《交易所规则》所定义）用以进行附权证券买卖（如在除息日之前）。
- 《上市规则》有关披露股价敏感资料也与其他问题的规定对等。
- 有关上市公司股本变动，上市公司须在相关事件后的营业日早市开始前或任何开市前时段至少提前30分钟按照联交所可能不时规定的形式提交包含特定资料的通知。规定适用于不在任何《上市规则》规定类别范围内的配售，代价发行，公开发售，供股，红利股发行，票据股利，回购股票或任何其董事，资本重组，或发行股本变动。
- 《上市规则》要求有关披露股价敏感资料一般适用于可转换证券，认股权证及期权。若上市公司试图发行该等有关相关须予公布的交易的证券，须遵守《上市规则》有关须予公布的交易及关连交易的要求，并且被期望刊发有关建议的交易的公告。
- 根据《证券及期货条例》第十五部的规定披露股份权益，联交所及上市公司须备存拥有股份权益超过5%的董事、最高行政人员及股东。
- 有关股份期权计划，上市发行人必须在决定是否采纳计划的股东大会举行后，尽快公布股东大会的决议结果，公布的时间无论如何不得迟于下一个营业日的早市或任何开市前时段开始交易之前至少 30分钟。根据《上市规则》 第17章的规定，向股东发出的通函应不迟于就股东大会决定采纳计划或有关事项发出公告之日。
