background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221;]<p>EPCM\u534f\u8bae\u6700\u8fd1\u5728\u91c7\u77ff\u884c\u4e1a\u76f8\u5f53\u666e\u904d\u3002\u6839\u636eEPCM\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a\u77ff\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\uff09\u96c7\u7528EPCM\u627f\u5305\u5546\uff0c\u800c\u627f\u5305\u5546\u53cd\u8fc7\u6765\u987b\u76d1\u7763\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u65bd\u5de5\u53ca\u6574\u4f53\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5206\u5305\u5546\u6309\u7167\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6807\u51c6\u53ca\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u5f00\u5c55\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u6839\u636e\u5178\u578b\u7684EPCM\u534f\u8bae\uff0cEPCM\u627f\u5305\u5546\u8d1f\u8d23\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1a<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"list-default\">\r\n<li>\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53ca\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7814\u53d1<\/li>\r\n<li>\u91c7\u8d2d<\/li>\r\n<li>\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u65bd\u5de5\u5408\u540c\u76d1\u7ba1<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>EPCM\u627f\u5305\u5546\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u5c65\u884c\u4ee3\u8868\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\u800c\u96c7\u7528\u5206\u627f\u5305\u5546\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5176\u5c65\u884c\u5bfb\u627e\u5206\u627f\u5305\u5546\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4f46EPCM\u627f\u5305\u5546\u4e0d\u662f\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\u4e0e\u5355\u4e2a\u5206\u627f\u5305\u5546\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u5408\u540c\u7684\u5408\u7ea6\u4e00\u65b9\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0cEPCM\u627f\u5305\u5546\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u5bf9\u9879\u76ee\u5ef6\u8fdf\u6216\u6210\u672c\u8d85\u989d\u6216\u5206\u627f\u5305\u5546\u7684\u758f\u5ffd\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\u53ef\u8003\u8651\u4e3a<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">ECPM\u627f\u5305\u5546\u63d0\u4f9b\u6fc0\u52b1\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fddEPCM\u627f\u5305\u5546\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u5206\u627f\u5305\u5546\u3002\u6b63\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">ECPM\u627f\u5305\u5546\u5c06\u4ec5\u5bf9\u5408\u540c\u8fdd\u7ea6\u6216\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u9884\u7b97\u4f30\u8ba1\u3001\u5206\u5305\u7684\u91c7\u8d2d\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u5206\u627f\u5305\u5546\u4e4b\u95f4\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u65bd\u5de5\u7684\u534f\u8c03\u6709\u5173\u7684\u758f\u5ffd\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u635f\u5931\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>EPCM\u534f\u8bae\u4e0eEPC\u534f\u8bae\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"list-default\">\r\n<li>\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u603b\u6210\u672c\uff08\u5411EPCM\u627f\u5305\u5546\u652f\u4ed8\u56fa\u5b9a\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6210\u672c\u56fa\u5b9a\uff09<\/li>\r\n<li>\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u5f52\u5c5e\u611f<\/li>\r\n<li>\u5bf9\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u63a7\u5236<\/li>\r\n<li>\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\u7684\u878d\u8d44\u7075\u6d3b\u6027<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>     [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;SubM-Children&#8221; Under an EPCM agreement, the principal (typical a mineral company) engages an EPCM contractor who is in-turn required to supervise the construction and overall management of the project and to ensure work is carried out by the various trade contractors in accordance with the project's design criteria and to the required standards. Under a typical EPCM agreement, the EPCM contractor is responsible for the following:<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul><li>Design and design development<\/li><li>Procurement<\/li><li>Management and administration of construction contracts<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>The EPCM contractor essentially performs an agency role engaging trade contractors on behalf of the principal. Although it performs a role in procuring trade contracts, the ECPM contractor is not made party to contracts entered into between the principal and individual trade contractors. In its role as agent the ECPM contractor is not typically liable for project delays or cost over runs or the negligence of trade contractors. However the principal may want to consider offering incentives to the ECPM contractor to ensure that it manages trade contractors efficiently.
