_builder_version=&#8221;4.4.3&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221;]<p>\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u5404\u65b9\u53ef\u8003\u8651\u7b7e\u7f72\u4ea4\u4e92\u62bc\u8bb0\u5951\u636e\u6216\u4ea4\u4e92\u5951\u8bfa\u5951\u636e\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e92\u76f8\u62c5\u4fdd\u5c65\u884c\u5404\u81ea\u5728\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u534f\u8bae\u4e0b\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u4ea4\u4e92\u62bc\u8bb0\u5951\u636e\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u65b9\u5c31\u5176\u7279\u5b9a\u62bc\u8bb0\u8d22\u4ea7\u4e2d\u7684\u6743\u76ca\uff0c\u5411\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u5404\u65b9\u4f5c\u51fa\u62bc\u8bb0\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u62bc\u8bb0\u8d22\u4ea7\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u53ef\u5305\u62ec\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u6743\u76ca\u3001\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u77ff\u7269\u8d28\u3001\u9500\u552e\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u77ff\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5408\u540c\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6743\u5229\u53ca\u6743\u76ca\u4ee5\u53ca\u9500\u552e\u8be5\u7b49\u77ff\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6536\u76ca\u3001\u6839\u636e\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u534f\u8bae\u4ece\u4fdd\u9669\u4e2d\u83b7\u53d6\u7684\u6240\u6709\u73b0\u65f6\u7684\u53ca\u5c06\u6765\u7684\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ecf\u7406\u4e3a\u53ca\u4ee3\u8868\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u6240\u6301\u6709\u7684\u6b3e\u9879\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5411\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u652f\u4ed8\u6216\u8f6c\u8ba9\u6b3e\u989d\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8d22\u4ea7\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7533\u7d22\u53ca\u6743\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u5404\u65b9\u4ea6\u5e94\u8003\u8651\u53ca\u5217\u8f7d\u5176\u6b32\u968f\u9644\u4e8e\u8be5\u62bc\u8bb0\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u5404\u65b9\u4ea6\u5e94\u6dfb\u52a0\u5c31\u8be5\u62bc\u8bb0\u8fdb\u884c\u767b\u8bb0\u53ca\u5907\u6848\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u5728\u82e5\u5e72\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\uff0c\u5bf9\u91c7\u77ff\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u62bc\u8bb0\u8fdb\u884c\u767b\u8bb0\u662f\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u7684\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u9664\u975e\u53e6\u6709\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u5e94\u58f0\u660e\u8be5\u62bc\u8bb0\u4f18\u5148\u4e8e\u6240\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u4ea7\u6743\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u8be5\u5951\u636e\u5e94\u8f7d\u6709\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u5404\u65b9\u5982\u4f55\u5904\u7f6e\u62bc\u8bb0\u8d22\u4ea7\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u51fa\u552e\u8be5\u8d22\u4ea7\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u5173\u968f\u540e\u7684\u4ea7\u6743\u8d1f\u62c5\u3001\u6301\u7eed\u62c5\u4fdd\u3001\u51bb\u7ed3\u53ca\u89e3\u9664\u51bb\u7ed3\u4ee5\u53ca\u6267\u884c\u8be5\u62bc\u8bb0\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u4ea4\u4e92\u5951\u8bfa\u5951\u636e\u4e0e\u4ea4\u4e92\u62bc\u8bb0\u5951\u636e\u5e76\u884c\u91c7\u7528\uff0c\u4ea4\u4e92\u5951\u8bfa\u5951\u636e\u662f\u7528\u4e8e\u51b3\u5b9a\u6267\u884c\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u8d22\u4ea7\u62c5\u4fdd\u7684\u4f18\u5148\u6b21\u5e8f\u3002\u8be5\u7b49\u7ea6\u5b9a\u53ef\u7531\u5404\u65b9\uff08\u5408\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u5404\u65b9\uff09\u6216\u4ee5\u975e\u5408\u8425\u65b9\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u8d37\u6b3e\u4eba\u6216\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\uff09\u4e3a\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u800c\u7b7e\u7f72\u3002<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;SubM-Children&#8221; In certain jurisdictions the registration of charges over mining assets is mandatory.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed, it should be stated that the charge takes priority over all other encumbrances.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>The deed should include provisions relating to how the JV partners deal with charged property (including the sale of the property) together with provisions relating to subsequent encumbrances, continuing security, crystallization and de-crystallization and the enforcement of the charge.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Used in conjunction with a DCC, a DCCV is used to determine priorities in the enforcement of securities granted over JV property.
