\u9664\u975e\u5df2\u83b7\u5f97\u8c41\u514d\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e02\u53d1\u884c\u4eba\u88ab\u671f\u671b\u520a\u53d1\u6709\u5173\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u5173\u8fde\u4ea4\u6613\u6216\u987b\u4e88\u516c\u5e03\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u516c\u544a\u3002\u300a\u4e0a\u5e02\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\u5982\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u7ed9\u4e88\u4efb\u4f55\u975e\u4e3a\u5176\u5206\u62c6\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5b9e\u4f53\u7684\u6709\u5173\u8d37\u6b3e\u8d85\u8fc7\u6240\u754c\u5b9a\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u6bd4\u7387\uff08\u6216\u4ee3\u5176\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u62c5\u4fdd\uff09\u5219\u4ea7\u751f\u4e00\u822c\u62ab\u9732\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u6709\u5173\u62ab\u9732\u987b\u5305\u62ec\u7ed3\u6b20\u7684\u8be6\u60c5\u3001\u4ea7\u751f\u6709\u5173\u6b3e\u9879\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6216\u4ea4\u6613\u4e4b\u6027\u8d28\u3001\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u3001\u5229\u7387\u3001\u507f\u8fd8\u6761\u6b3e\u4ee5\u53ca\u62b5\u62bc\u54c1\u7b49\u3002\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n The Listing Rules also impose a general disclosure obligation in respect of advances exceeding certain financial thresholds made by a listed company to any entity (or guarantees given on behalf of that entity) which is not a subsidiary of the listed company. Such disclosure must include details of the balances, the nature of events or transactions giving rise to the amounts, the identity of the debtor group, interest rate, repayment terms and collateral.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true} -->\r\n<ol><li>Under the Listing Rules, a general disclosure obligation will arise where a listed company (or any of its subsidiaries) enters into a loan agreement that includes a condition imposing specific performance obligations on any controlling shareholder (e.g. a requirement to maintain a specified minimum holding in the share capital of the issuer) and breach of such obligation will cause a default in respect of loans that are significant to the operations of the issuer.
