Subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, 79 Resources Limited (79 Resources<\/strong>) which is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange has agreed to purchase all of the outstanding common shares of the privately held Buck Gold Inc. To acquire the 100% interest in Buck Gold Inc., 79 Resources will issue 80 million common shares as consideration for all the outstanding common shares of Buck Gold Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n
