现有的上市公司公告规定
上市矿业公司受限于《上市规则》的各项规定，该等规定对发行人施加在广泛情况下刊发公告的义务。发行人须在联交所网站上通过其电子呈交系统发布公告，并在自己的网站发布公告。此外，上市矿业公司须遵守《上市规则》第18章的规定。
根据《上市规则》（《上市规则》第13.09条）的规定，发行人须在合理切实可行的范围内尽快向联交所，发行人的股东及上市证券的其他持有人披露任何与集团有关的资料（包括任何与集团范围内业务的重大新发展有关且公众尚未知晓的资料）：
- 为该等人士及公众评价集团地位所必需；或
- 为避免其证券出现虚假市场所必需；或
- 可合理预期会重大影响其证券的市场活动及价格。
