基础设施协议
所有矿业项目均需确保进入矿山的通道及交通基础设施。该等基础设施的高额资本成本导致创新型融资技巧的发展、公私合伙的独特形式及综合基础设施协议(高度适合采矿行业)的子范畴。
进出矿山的通道可包括道路、简易机场、环形铁路或专门铁路、矿浆管道及港口设施。该等交通模式被用于为矿山建设和持续运营提供劳动力及物质材料。另外，矿产成品亦将需运往市场。
