向承包商提供法律意见
越来越多的矿业承包商正在以股权方式参与矿业项目。易周律师行从承包商及矿业公司的角度就承包商的股权投资提供法律意见方面，具有丰富的经验。
承包商应进行全面的独立法律及财务尽职调查，以识别特定项目有关的风险及衡量费率及潜在收益的预期时间表。承包商应知悉因作为股东参与而产生的权利及义务，包括无力偿债时其股权投资的偿债顺序。
投资形式
承包商应对不同形式的出资给予适当考虑，该等出资包括普通股、优先股、可赎回优先股及可转换债券（或实际上股权及债券组合）。
若发行债务票据，则承包商应考虑债务从属性及向项目提供债务融资的各方的债务优先性安排。
