矿物使用费协议
矿物使用费协议应载有使用费义务、使用费计算及支付、使用费扣减（比如税收或其他付款）、利息及费用、使用费报表、持续责任、使用费终止、使用费义务的延续及永久期限（如适用）有关的条款。
矿物使用费协议亦应提及付款人及收款人各自就矿权地保养、矿权地运营、合采、尾矿、取样、备存使用费记录、通道、检验及技术审计有关的持续义务。
并且，矿物使用费协议应明确指明，收款人在矿权地或矿区无任何法律或衡平权益。使用费协议亦应包括关于放弃矿区及付款人及收款人各自的义务的条款。
